My Story
I was born in the lush countryside of Franconia, Germany. Even as a child I had great admiration for the beauty of nature. I entered the art world without formal artistic education and without any personal leads. except from a teacher in 5th grade. He made me realize my need to create.
The urge of “holding onto the moment” was always present and I would try to transform that on paper when and where ever I could. In school, art was one of my favorite subjects.
I never stopped expressing my feelings on silk, paper, on canvas and in clay. I’ve had the opportunity to learn and progress in art by studying with renowned artists. I studied watercolor through the teachings of artist Ginger-Sebeck at the Foosaner Art Museum in Melbourne, Florida; with Spanish artist Maria de Rosario-Edrich, water color and Acrylic while living in Germany and also in Acrylic with the Dutch master artist and sculptor Frits van Eeden, living in Melbourne, Florida. My work has been on display in different locations in Germany and in Florida, exhibited in several Galleries, medical facilities and businesses. It was also chosen several times for the Senior Scene magazine as cover art and inside information.
